We are committed to act sustainably both regarding our products and in every other respect. Therefore, we would like to take responsibility for the emissions caused. Thus we give something back to nature in different ways.
Amfori BSCI
-Business Social Compliance Initiative-
Improvement of the social performance in global supply chain
Our Daiber products are manufactured respecting the BSCI code of conduct.This code includes the clear commitment to the employees’ right to freedom of assembly, protection against discrimination and an adequate remuneration, that is, at least the statutory national minimum wage.
Another central component is the occupational safety regulations. This is how we see to it that the occupational safety regulations of the ILO (International Labour Organisation) are met. E.g. child labour, forced labour or precarious jobs are not tolerated.
Amfori BEPI
-Business Environmental Performance Initiative-
Improvement of the environmental performance within global supply chains
By becoming a member of amfori BEPI (Business Environmental Performance Initiative), these suppliers will carry out the amfori BEPI self-assessment, which leads to new approaches to implement measures to improve environmental protection. This is because the starting points for improved product responsibility can only be worked out with our long-term suppliers and implemented in a targeted manner once a critical analysis has been performed. Subsequently, our production facilities will be given additional training measures that provide essential knowledge for practical implementation.
