WASHING AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
LEGAL NOTES
The washing and care instructions as shown on the label of the printed textile are to be followed. With a printed textile they are restricted as follows: Washing without bleaching agent, if possible inside out, at 40°C. A transfer can be ironed on carefully at a temperature of up to 120°C. A transfer-conserving method is covering the transfer with a damp cloth while ironing it or by ironing it inside out. Dry-cleaning is possible with several cleaning agents. It is advisable to carry out tests before. Avoid tumble-drying or tumble-dry the textile inside out at a low temperature.
Our application-specific consultation and product tests are carried out to the best of our knowledge, also in terms of the rights of third parties. Our recommendation is without engagement and does not exempt us from thoroughly testing the products delivered by us for the intended purposes. The application, use and processing of the products is beyond our control and your sole responsibility. To be on the safe side, test prints and wash tests should be carried out on the material to be printed on.

The General Terms and Conditions of Gustav Daiber GmbH apply, as well as the supplementary Standard Terms and Conditions for Textile Finishing Orders in the version dated 1 July 2012, together with supplementary provisions, insofar as these do not contradict the General Terms and Conditions. DATA
In order for us to be able to submit high-quality quotations with visual realization for printing and embroidery, we would ask you to send us your logos and artwork only as a vector graphic.
Please send us your vectorised or high-resolution pixel files in EPS, PDF, AI or PNG format.
Requirements for print data:
Vectorised or pixel-oriented as PDF or PNG
- Print data 1:1, page-oriented, i.e. not mirrored
- One print file per motif
- No spot/solid/special colours, as printing is in CMYK
- White is a printing colour, so do not use it for masking
- Transparent background
- A preview file with a coloured background to show white or transparent areas is helpful (e.g. layout on the desired textile)
- Include colour profile as RGB or CMYK
Sharp vector data (-.ai. -.eps, -.pdf)
- From graphics programmes such as Adobe Illustrator
- Always convert fonts to paths
- Recommended font thickness from approx. 1 mm for good legibility
- Fine freestanding details from 0.3 – 0.5 mm, no fine hairline details
- Details that remain open must be at least 1 mm
High-resolution pixel graphics from 300 dpi as -.png
Vectorized data are images, symbols and typefaces, which unlike JPG’s, are not built up of pixels but of graphic vectors, that is of lines, paths and curves.The great advantage of vector graphics is that they can be enlarged and reduced without loss of quality.
Please also note:
With data from vector-based graphics programmes you have to make sure that all the typefaces used are converted to vectors, curves or paths. Please send us your files in the size in which they are to implemented later. Image data embedded in vector files must always be supplied.
